Some great proposals, but on the whole far too modest. Warren Mosler should do an update. Without free healthcare and university education, the US economy (over indebted manufacturers and taxpayers) will run into severe problems in the not too distant future.
Agreed. These were pretty radical in 2010 though. It's a sign of how far we've come that such proposals are no longer met with hysterical cries of "commie!" anymore. :)
